Welcome to VEYL LTD ("VEYL", "we", "us", "our").
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of VEYL's website, membership services, mobile applications, and chauffeur-driven mobility offerings.
By applying for membership, becoming a Member, or using any VEYL service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use VEYL services.

VEYL operates a private members mobility and lifestyle club offering chauffeur-driven travel and membership-based services across three tiers:
- Member (Tier 1)
- Signature (Tier 2)
- Private Client (Tier 3, invitation only)
VEYL is not a public ride-hailing service. Access is restricted to approved Members only.
2. Eligibility and Membership Applications
2.1 Eligibility
To apply for membership, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Undergo VEYL's review and screening process
2.2 Application Fee
A Member Application Fee is payable on submission.
- If accepted, the fee is returned as VEYL credits.
- If declined, the fee is refunded to your payment method.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
2.3 VEYL's Right to Decline
VEYL may decline any application without explanation, at its sole discretion, to preserve community standards and operational integrity.
3. Membership Tiers
Your tier determines the level of personalisation and benefits you receive.
3.1 Member (Tier 1)
- Ride access
- 24h pre-booking window
- Email support
- Use of standard and executive vehicles
3.2 Signature (Tier 2)
- 72h pre-booking
- Priority support
- Calendar integration
- Preferred driver selection (where available)
- Aviation enquiries
- Delegated bookings (fees may apply)
3.3 Private Client (Tier 3, by invitation only)
- Concierge scheduling
- Extended pre-booking
- Lifestyle-level personalisation
- Family and child protocols
- Do-Not-Pair driver settings
- Encrypted preference handling
- Dedicated human support
VEYL may modify or enhance membership tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Ride Bookings & Service Delivery
4.1 Booking Requirements
Members must ensure that:
- Pick-up and drop-off details are accurate
- Pre-booking windows are respected
- Any special requirements are disclosed in advance
4.2 Chauffeur Availability
VEYL does not guarantee that a chauffeur or specific vehicle will always be available.
Availability may vary based on:
- Location
- Weather
- Traffic conditions
- Chauffeur availability
- Operational demand
4.3 Pricing
Pricing may include:
- Per-mile and per-minute charges
- Airport fees
- Waiting time
- Premium vehicle surcharges
VEYL does not use surge pricing.
4.4 Conduct
Members must treat chauffeurs and staff respectfully.
VEYL may suspend or terminate membership for:
- Abusive behaviour
- Safety risks
- Fraudulent activity
- Breach of VEYL protocols
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Processing
Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
You authorise VEYL to charge your payment method for:
- Ride fares
- Membership fees
- Additional services
- Penalties or charges arising from misuse
5.2 Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- VEYL may suspend access
- Outstanding balances may be reattempted
- Membership may be cancelled if unresolved
6. VEYL Ride Credits
Credits issued from application fees (Tier 1 & 2) or from Tier 2/3 credit-back programmes are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.
Credits may only be used for VEYL services.
Credits may expire after 12 months or as notified.
7. Chauffeur Services
VEYL works with a vetted network of professional chauffeurs who operate under strict privacy, etiquette, and safety protocols.
7.1 Chauffeur Role
Chauffeurs are independent contractors, not employees of VEYL.
VEYL acts as the coordinating platform.
7.2 Safety & Etiquette
Chauffeurs must adhere to VEYL's:
- Discretion standards
- Behaviour and conduct rules
- Safety protocols
- Vehicle requirements
7.3 Chauffeur Data Access
Chauffeurs only receive information essential to fulfilling your journey.
They do not receive full Member profiles.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Ride Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply depending on:
- Vehicle type
- Time remaining until pickup
- Chauffeur dispatch status
- Airport pickup conditions
Full cancellation terms will be displayed at the time of booking.
8.2 Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time, but:
- Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable
- Credits may be forfeited
- Tier benefits end immediately upon cancellation
9. Member Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account details
- Maintain updated payment information
- Respect chauffeurs and vehicles
- Avoid illegal, unsafe, or abusive conduct
- Keep login credentials secure
VEYL may suspend or terminate membership for breaches.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
This includes:
- Location data
- Profile and preference data
- Calendar integrations
- Tier-dependent personalisation
- Chauffeur briefing processes
By using VEYL's services, you consent to such processing as described.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, apps, and materials — including the VEYL brand, logo, design language, and service architecture — is the property of VEYL LTD.
You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any VEYL content without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- VEYL is not liable for losses arising from delays, traffic, weather, chauffeur availability, or external conditions.
- VEYL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- VEYL is not responsible for third-party actions or failures beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud
- Any rights you have under consumer law
13. Termination of Membership
VEYL may suspend or terminate membership at any time if:
- You breach these Terms
- You pose a safety, reputational, or operational risk
- Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected
- Payments remain outstanding
- VEYL determines that your continued membership is not suitable
VEYL is not required to disclose the reason for termination.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The most current version will always be available on our website.
Continued use of VEYL services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
